Not for you? Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full purchase price. No reason needed.

How

1. Reply to your order email, or use the contact page, with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid USPS return label.
3. Drop it in the mail. The refund goes back to your card within 5–10 business days of us receiving it.

Damaged or defective

If it arrives broken or stops spinning in the first 90 days, we replace it free. Send a photo; no need to return it.
