These terms apply to purchases on spinsquish.com, operated in the United States ("SpinSquish", "we").
An order is accepted when payment completes on Stripe's checkout page. We can cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil, for example if a color is out of stock or an address is not serviceable.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Stripe processes payment; we never see or store your card number.

SpinSquish is a fidget toy. It is not a medical device and we make no health claims. Not for children under 3.
Reviews you submit may be shown on the site with the name you give. We remove reviews that are abusive or not about the product.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
